The “villa by the sea” was born at the turn of the 1970s and 1980s from Dr. Recchia’s idea to build a summer home for his family that would stand out from all the others that had been built on the Monopoli coast until then.

The villa is nestled in a wonderful 20000 sq m garden of ancient olive trees symbol of our land, a large citrus grove as well as swimming pool and tennis court, in one of the most beautiful places in the city, the south coast, a few hundred meters from the most beautiful beaches of monopoli, obviously within walking distance, but at the same time the town center is also a few hundred meters away.
Renowned Roman architects and engineers were approached to build the villa, and they succeeded in creating a one-of-a-kind villa inspired by the concepts of the ” Roman dolce vita” and elegant Capri mansions.

Villa al mare offers all its Guests a large free automated parking lot and an outdoor swimming pool (3.80 by 12 meters) shared with all guests of the facility.
The property has 6 double rooms of about 40 square meters each, 5 on the second floor, and one on the lower floor. All rooms are equipped with double beds (bed 2 meters x 2) wi-fi connection, 32″ flat screen TV, air conditioning, usb ports, kettle, mini-bar, private bathroom with shower, toiletries and large wardrobe. In addition, all rooms have a private space outside, overlooking the garden, equipped with armchairs and a table to indulge in an additional moment of relaxation while admiring the beautiful olive trees that surround the property.
